The location was central, excellent close to the wedding reception at the nearby winery. The reception was friendly with more than adequate and competent staff. I had a really good stay and would want to stay there again...

I had a surprisingly lovely stay here! The comfy bed and delicious food stood out, plus the staff were incredibly friendly. The rustic charm added to the experience, although the bathroom setup was a bit odd. Great value for a cozy getaway, and I’d happily return!

The accommodation had a lot of historic charm with its old building and art deco features. the front verandah was a great place to sit and relax. the staff were friendly and the bed surprisingly comfy. Plus, the complimentary breakfast was a nice touch. the location was perfect for exploring the city and there was a wide choice of drinks available at the bar.
The dining area could have been more inviting and less noisy, especially with the heavy-footed waitress. the room itself needed a bit more attention in terms of cleanliness, with stained carpet, dusty furniture, and even some spider webs.

As travelers by car, we appreciated the convenient location just 25 kms from Clare. the separate wing provided a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. the pre-ordered meals were delicious and a great option for our late arrival. the rooms were clean and comfortable, offering a great value for money. the continental breakfast left in the room allowed us to prepare ourselves and start our day off right.
Felt snug, no complaints.

Stayed at a charming old pub with tasty food. Enjoyed a continental breakfast in my cramped room, perfectly cozy for breakfast in bed. The bed itself was just alright, could definitely use a more luxurious mattress.
Who needs a door in the bathroom? Open-air toilet visits add a bit of excitement to the stay, don't you think?
